Kim Smith, DVM MS

Dr. Smith is originally from California. She graduated from Cal State University - Fresno in 1995 with a BS degree in Animal Science. She then went to Kansas State University to receive her Masters of Science in Animal Nutrition. She earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine with emphasis in equine and companion animal from Iowa State University in 2007 and has been working in the Fort Wayne area since. She has been on the Allen County 4H Board of Directors and she and her family are very involved in 4H. Dr. Smith, her husband, and 3 children also farm about 400 acres in the Leo-Grabill area. Their home farm is also full of horses, sheep, pigs, goats, chickens, dogs, and cats. E-I-E-I-O!!
