Yuri Lawrence, DVM, PhD, MS, MA, DACVIM

Dr. Lawrence is a board-certified internal medicine specialist with extensive experience in academic and specialty institutions, including Texas A&M University, the University of Tennessee, and the Atlantic Veterinary College. He completed his DVM at Tufts University, followed by a residency at Oregon State University. He earned a PhD in Biomedical Sciences at Texas A&M, where his research focused on novel biomarkers and diagnostic approaches for chronic hepatic disease. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and textbook chapters.

Dr. Lawrence brings a diverse perspective to our team, having grown up in Connecticut with family roots in Jamaica, and spending time abroad in Barcelona.
